Four Level of competence

1. UnconsciousIncompetence  _  you don’t know that you can’t do it well.
2. ConsciousIncompetence  _ you know you can’t do it well.
3. ConsciousCompetence  _ you do it well, and you think about the work as you do it.
4. UnconsciousCompetence  _ you’re so successful it’s “automatic” — you do it well, without thinking about it.

• ExtremelyConsciousIncompetence being very good at something you start something new, and then fall back to ConsciousIncompetence
